Keep your mind on the game. Think of your swing, your technique, and on the conditions of the lanes. Replay your best swing in your mind. Breathe fully and relax. Smile inwardly. Get good at keeping your mind on many things while you bowl, just be sure all of them are different factors of the game you’re bowling!
