Bowling Tip 33 - Develop Flexibility

Practice walking left and walking right and having a straight walk. Practice open and closed shoulders. Practice adjusting speeds. Have at least three different approach timings. Practice playing different parts of the lane. Flexibility is power.

Cultivate three or four releases, all of which work well. For a stretch, intentionally put yourself in poor conditions and practice bowling well under them.
