Balance is one of THE essential skills for excellent bowling at every skill level. Being balanced ‘at the line’ is the key to power and control in your release. The secret is to remember to slide into a deep knee bend on your last step. It also helps to actually extend your free leg and free arm out in the other direction of your body as you release the ball.

am 76.bowling great.ive been releasing the ball after my left foot lands.averaging over 190..works good for me. do you recommend,a late release.
