Bowling Tip 7 - Pick Up Your Ball With Two Hands

February 4th, 2006 by petermartens

Always pick up your ball with two hands. It will ease the strain on your back and lessen your fatigue allowing you to have more energy to bowl with.

Make sure that part of the ball weight is supported in your opposite hand. Gripping and picking up your ball with both hands will allow you to keep your bowling arm relaxed, an essential key to good ball placement and a good swing.
