Bowling Tip 9 - Warm Up and Stretch

Top athletes, including top bowlers always warm up! Begin with some stretching. This will keep you from being injured and improve your relaxation at the same time. Deep knee bends, side stretches and touching your toes are three great exercises to make a habit of every time you bowl.
